What is Artificial Intelligence
in Voice Overs, Audio & Video / Film production?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is
a fast-learning technology that enables computers and machines to simulate
human intelligence in various forms. Generative AI is capable of generating,
images, videos, audio conversations and other data using generative models,
often simply by responding to requests or prompts. Generative AI is
capable of creating and producing new
content from existing material without anyone’s consent.
Therefore, using any recorded
material produced (in Any language) by or with Claudio Napoleoni or CN VOICEOVERS,
in any AI or Generative AI application is forbidden without prior consent
from the talent or Claudio Napoleoni, (CN Voiceovers) prior consent may only
be given in exchange for compensation provided and CAN limit the scope
of the use.
Recorded material encompasses
and includes any recordings available freely on public platforms… as well as
recordings made for a specific client.
To clarify, the use of the
recorded material provided by, or available from Claudio Napoleoni (CN
Voiceovers), or any the Performer during a session with Claudio Napoleoni…
including use of the Performer’s name, voice, voice clone, simulation, synthesization
and likeness, is strictly prohibited unless consent is granted in writing by Claudio
Napoleoni (CN Voiceovers) or forms a part of the original Job which has an
agreement in place and has duly been signed off.
These terms apply to all
existing and future recordings made by or with the Claudio Napoleoni (CN
Voiceovers) Any requests related to AI or Generative AI works need to be
clearly communicated to Claudio Napoleoni, ahead of the recorded session, in
advance of any planned usage. Should it
be the case, additional fees and charges will apply for such usage.
Claudio Napoleoni (CN
Voiceovers) reserves the right to initiate proceedings against any client or
third party suspected of breaching or found to have breached the Artificial
Intelligence section of this agreement, including for breach of contract and
for misleading and deceptive conduct under the Law as may be applicable.
In hiring, Claudio Napoleoni (CN
Voiceovers), you agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure that all
recordings licensed to you by Claudio Napoleoni ( CN Voiceovers) are protected
from unauthorised use by third parties.
